Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is automatically sent to you by email. You can track your parcel by entering your tracking number on the ParcelsApp website.

My tracking number doesn't work. What should I do?

If your tracking number does not work, it may be that the carrier has not yet received the order or that it has not yet been updated in their system. Please try again later on the ParcelsApp website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To guarantee rapid dispatch, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated.

Is it possible to return a product?

Returns are accepted only for complete, unopened products in their original condition, including packaging and any accessories or gifts.

I've received a damaged item. What should I do?
